BIRTH CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS

The Centenary Celebration of the life of Mother Yogeshwari

2026 will be marked as an auspicious year in the history of Ananda Kutir Ashrama, as we shall be celebrating the Birth Centenary of our Beloved Mother Yogeshwari. We pray that all of you will be able to participate in these celebrations.

The celebration entails Karma Yoga, as Mother Yogeshwari herself was a great Karma Yogi, a servant of the Divine. The celebrations involve two main items of seva, in conjunction with other events throughout the year.

Live Now, Not Backwards

Never dwell on the distant past,
And wish it back again.
Life is a cycle of endless change,
You're not as you were then.
Nothing can ever be quite the same,
Let nature take its course,
Do your best and leave the rest
To cosmic force.

MOTHER YOGESHWARI

Mother Yogeshwari wrote many beautiful devotional poems and songs, to view them click here.

To be a nonentity
With no identity
Has less propensity
To a fall -
And that's not all,
When you're on top
It's such a drop!
Better stay there,
Work and pray there,
Be profound While on the ground.
